On February 5^th 2025 AETIS, the Association of Electronic Toll and Interoperable Service, held their yearly General Assembly. Eva Tzoneva (Shell), who has been Chair of the Association in the past 10 years, has decided to step down and was not available for re-election.

Francesco Maria Cenci (Telepass) was elected as her successor and new Chair of AETIS. The other elected board members of AETIS are Jérôme Lejeune (DKV) as Secretary General, Marco Siragusa (Verra Mobility), Felix Wex (Toll4Europe) and Antonio Costa (Lumesia). The Board is elected for one year.
