The Commission has signed the contract for the execution of the project "Status of implementation and deployment of EETS in the EU" with the consortium led by NTU International AS, having as subcontractors two entities, ARUP & Partners and RAPP Trans (DE) AG.

Netherlands: two months of operations with the new Distance-based Truck Tolling System
On 1st July 2026, the Netherlands officially launched its new distance-based truck tolling system. This major reform applies to domestic and foreign heavy goods vehicles with a technical maximum mass of more than 3,500 kilograms.
